The prehab dojo

As far as I’m concerned everyone has some sort of aches, pains, or injuries that they deal with on a very regular basis. It is part of the human condition.

No one ever taught us how to properly listen to our body, and give it the exact medicine it needs in order for our discomfort to be alleviated. That is what “The Dojo” is designed to do. My best friend Skip Kelly has been helping people recover from injuries for 12 years.

He’s worked with the USA olympic team, pro-athletes, and more importantly with the “difficult” cases where he was the last resort for treatment. He has seen it all.

People would get better working with him, but then when he would leave they would regress. He had to come up with a way to have his clients keep making progress even when he wasn’t there.

That is how The Prehab Dojo was born.

Think of it as meditation for your muscles. A mindful exercise practice that takes less than 20 mins that you can do anywhere. Not only will it help alleviate your symptoms quickly but it will also calm your mind and put you in a zen like state.
