My hopes with this video series is to truly help you break free, to really get your time back.

I decided to make this because I know a lot of people are really struggling with being busy, being overwhelmed, and being stressed.

When I asked people in my facebook group what was the thing holding them back from their health goals the most common answer was time.

So I’m here to fix that.

I’ve been lucky to have some great mentors that helped me learn that it’s possible to create more time freedom while not sacrificing income.

I run a video marketing company working somewhere between 15-25 hours per week and I make a very decent living.

So, I designed it this way to give myself the flexibility to work on my health, and have low stress.

Although I am a single guy without kids and I realize how much simpler that makes my life, these strategies are applicable for anyone regardless of your situation.

In this video I’ll break down the overarching framework for how to go about really getting your time back.
