I’ve been having trouble focusing recently…

Maybe you can relate? Sometimes it feels like my biology is working against me.

Someone who I look up to a lot is Andrew Huberman, and I see all the incredible stuff he’s doing, at the rate that he’s doing it, and I’m like “how is this possible?”.

So I decided to adopt his science backed daily routine for optimal focus and productivity.

And after doing the routine for a week I started to discover that there are 3 things that make him INSANELY productive.

I learned so much about the brain and the body through this experiment.

What I didn’t expect was how much making this video was going to change my entire life and how I viewed work and productivity.

This might be the most valuable video I’ve ever made, and I KNOW you will get a lot out of it.

If I can learn one thing or more from this experience, then I guarantee you can too.
