Blue light can be extremely damaging to your circadian rhythms and can massively disrupt your ability to sleep better.
Your phone is one of the lowest hanging fruits you can go after if you want to improve your sleep and your health.
So, if you’re anything like me, then you probably find it hard to put the phone down, especially at night. (yes I have a minor phone addiction)
However, the problem is that the phone is extremely stimulating and can totally undermine your sleep.
Obviously because of the blue light that hits your eyes and your skin disrupting your melatonin production…
But also because of how it can play on our dopamine receptors if we’re getting notifications and using social media.
Above all, I have a solution for you that should help mitigate that damage that might be happening.
And no it is not putting your phone in “night shift mode”.
