About a block away from my house I got hit by a truck, and totaled my car.

As soon as it happened I knew I had to act quickly to fix any of the damage that had been done.

I wanted to avoid any permanent damage or long term issues.

So I called my friend who has been helping people recover from injuries for 13 years.

He also worked with the USA olympic team to help me build a protocol.

That very same night, I got an assessment and went to work immediately.

Then I was determined to get through my injury recovery in a timely process.

I set out reasonable goals to reach.
