There is a whole nother layer to this that is added when we start looking at brain waves.

Different brain waves are associated with different states of being.

They have equally interesting measurements to look at when assessing relaxation or recovery practices.

Skip explains the moods and feelings associated with the different types of brain waves.

He dives into this content so you can start to interpret your own results.

So in this video Skip details the “at home” system he’s created to measure the impacts of meditation and prehabbing on his Heart Rate Variability and Brain waves.

He also gives insight to practices you can use to achieve the ideal results, that you may see with his measurements.
