His work has definitely had a big impact on me.
I came up with this idea about a year ago.
And I thought it might be fun to try some of his sleep routines.
I wanted to see how they match up against the things that I preach.
Ben is known for being kind of out there and extreme, and so after doing some research I put together an intense sleep routine based on his recommendations.
The results were not what I expected.
