In this video I’m going to share with you some sleep strategies that I’ve developed for myself.
Let’s just say that it’s been quite the month for your boy…
I had a lot of things happen this month that I couldn’t have planned for nor did I really notice what was going on until it was a bit too late.
As a byproduct I have been a little bit more stressed/anxious than usual.
That started to impact my sleep, which didn’t help with things.
In reaction to the circumstances, I have been developing some new strategies to help me navigate this interesting time.
Serendipitously, a friend reached out with the exact same issue.
He was stressed, and having trouble sleeping as well so I took it as a sign to make this video.
I know the holidays are coming up and that can make some people more stressed, especially with everything going on right now, so I hope this video finds you at just the right time.
